Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?
StratusPointIT provides 24x7x365 monitoring via a Network Operations center (NOC) and a Security Operations Center (SOC). The NOC monitors network and server availability and health, while the SOC monitors security threats across endpoints and networks.
Are your technicians certified in Microsoft?
Yes, StratusPointIT specializes in the Microsoft ecosystem. We have technicians and engineers that have received certifications in Azure Fundamentals, Azure Security Engineer, Identity and Access Administrator, Security Operations Analyst, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, and Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator.
What platforms, operating systems, and technologies do you specialize in?
StratusPointIT specializes in the Microsoft ecosystem. We provide support and solutions within the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. In addition, some of our customers also utilize Google Workspace. From a hardware standpoint, the Microsoft operating systems are the most common within PC’s and servers, but we also support customers with a Mac environment.

Yes, StratusPointIT provides a free annual cyber assessment of your environment, and along with our Technology Advisors, we also partner with leading compliance service providers to provide you a flexible, affordable, and if needed an independent assessment.
Do you assign a dedicated account manager or technician?
StratusPointIT provides dedicated Technology Advisors to each customer to provide them guidance on their technology roadmap, budgeting, infrastructure, and security assessments. Combined with our technicians and engineers across tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 levels, our engagement model provides the depth and expertise your business needs.
Do you proactively recommend improvements or upgrades?
Yes, StratusPointIT, through the Technology Advisor, will provide a free annual cyber security assessment along with infrastructure recommendations throughout the year. Part of this process is to assist you on your technology roadmap, aligning IT with your company goals and assisting you with your annual IT budget.

What does your onboarding process look like?
StratusPointIT’s onboarding of a new customer can take approximately 30-90 days, depending on complexity, number of locations and employees. We have a defined process from assigning your Technology Advisor, receiving a welcome email, auditing and documenting your environment, to training users on how to submit a ticket. If you already have an IT provider, once you make the introduction, we will work with the provider and project manager to handle the transition on your behalf.
