Coming On Board Is Easy
The first step to our engagement is an easy on-boarding process.
- We work together to fill out a pre-audit questionnaire
- We schedule a kick off meeting where you meet our management team, and your primary point of contact
- We schedule and perform an onsite and/or remote audit of your IT
- We set up a review meeting to go over our findings, and deliver a detailed audit report to you as our first deliverable
- If there are best practices or recommendations in the audit report we choose act on, our engineering team will get to work on those right away
- We conduct a training for everyone in your organization and get everyone on to our Support Portal
- We set regular strategy meeting with your Business Technology Advisor
