What does your onboarding process look like?
StratusPointIT’s onboarding of a new customer can take approximately 30-90 days, depending on complexity, number of locations and employees. We have a defined process from assigning your Technology Advisor, receiving a welcome email, auditing and documenting your environment, to training users on how to submit a ticket. If you already have an IT provider, once you make the introduction, we will work with the provider and project manager to handle the transition on your behalf.
Do you assign a dedicated account manager or technician?
StratusPointIT provides dedicated Technology Advisors to each customer to provide them guidance on their technology roadmap, budgeting, infrastructure, and security assessments.
