Looking for remote helpdesk engineers
- 2+ years IT experience
- Knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, 7, Server 2003, 2008
- Active Directory
- Exchange knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work with customers over the phone and via remote desktop tools
- Broadband internet and computer or laptop required
