ITAnyWhere Support – fully managed remote offering, supporting your workstation, network, and/or servers, and providing tier-1 helpdesk through tier-3 technician level support, including anti-virus and patch management.
ITAnyWhere ServiceDesk – managed tier-1 helpdesk only, and we escalate to your internal IT tier 2/3 technicians. You can also utilize our anti-virus and patch management service.
ITAnyWhere WorkSpace – fully packaged secure hosted solution, we provide a virtual desktop environment that you can access from any device, from any location, host your applications, provide data storage, and O365 licenses.
ITAnyWhere Pro – on-demand technicians sent to your location(s) in the continental US to provide technical on-site support, break/fix or projects. Requires a minimum block of hours to be purchased on a monthly basis.
If you are a Customer of one of the above offerings, and on an annual contract, you can also tap into our hardware/software purchasing program and utilize our professional services which range from hardware deployments, cloud migrations, office moves, network upgrades, and/or O365 migrations to name a few.
