In parallel with the creation of CoMavenAI, Queen City AI LLC (“Queen City AI”), a custom AI deployment company based in Charlotte, NC, will be merging with CoMavenAI effective August 1, 2026.
Justin Hinote and Matt O’Shields will be joining CoMavenAI as the CEO and COO, respectively. “The ability to accelerate AI deployments within the SMB and mid-market while also partnering with StratusPointIT is a powerful combination.”, said Justin Hinote. Matt O’Shields further stated, “Combining AI Forward Deployed Engineers with the expertise in infrastructure and security of StratusPointIT provides a holistic approach for our customers.”
