ComputerSupport.com Gives Away 20 Hours of Free Support for Charity

CR&T GalaComputerSupport.com recently participated in the CR&T Hall of Fame Dinner, auctioning 20 hours of managed IT support in an auction to benefit the Cancer Research & Treatment Fund (CR&T). Held November 12 at the Essex House in New York City, the event honored cancer survivor Cokie Roberts, Dr. Mark Pasmantier for his work in treating cancer patients, and board member David Boule.

Each year, CR&T honors both cancer survivors and those who have made significant contributions to the fight against cancer by inducting them into the Cancer Survivors Hall of Fame. The dinner is a prestigious event attended by some of the most distinguished members of the New York community.

By contributing to CR&T, ComputerSupport.com is helping support one of the most important organizations in the fight against cancer. Through fundraising efforts held throughout the year, CR&T helps fund research leading to state-of-the-art cancer treatments in the hopes of one day finding a cure. More than 80 percent of the money CR&T raises goes directly to research and education, fast-tracking funds directly to the physicians conducting important research.

The winner of the auction item will receive 20 hours of free IT support from one of the leading companies in managed IT services on the market. Providing on-site and Cloud-based services to businesses throughout the country, ComputerSupport.com can work with organizations to help determine the best infrastructure for to meet their own unique needs. In exchange, the auction winner provided a generous donation to benefit CR&T’s fundraising efforts.
